We express our dissatisfaction with the company in two aspects. We were not informed at any time of the obligation to compensate the caregiver in the event of the death of the contracting party, this being an elderly person with a delicate state of health, of which they were aware, and who could foreseeably die. On the other hand, we have experienced a lack of professionalism in the management of payroll and settlement, as well as in the coordination of the hiring of the caregiver. However, we cannot have any complaints about the caregiver, who has done her job well at all times.
I am the daughter of Mercedes Olivar who hired an internal caregiver for my father. It turns out that the caregiver Ixayana Valexka Rodríguez Martínez yesterday gave my mother a document informing her that she was terminating the contract because she got the job as an external caregiver. I am not complaining about that. But I complain that he has not given us days' notice to look for someone, and on March 5 we found out that his reasons for leaving were a lot of dirt in the house, and that he cannot be with my father, which is a lie. It's not just what I'm complaining about, it's also been about using something of mine without asking permission and taking something of mine.
They are kind and proactive although my case was a bit particular and they were not able to resolve my need. I would have preferred if they had told me that they didn't have what I needed. I felt like they charged me for doing a search for people that I had already done. They found a person who called me twice in the first week because something had come up and he didn't come or had to come for less time. Finally he told me that for the money it was (according to the agreement) it was not worth it, that if I gave him more money it would be. I told the company to see if they could look for another person. As it happened that they were away for a few days on a course, they told me that we would talk when they returned. I managed and they haven't called me again.
The attention at the Leganes office is excellent, they select the staff very well, the training of their caregivers is very professional, I truly recommend Wayalia. ☆☆☆☆☆
