The residence of horrors, they have the residents abandoned, shower once a week, low quality and scarce food, as if they take you to the emergency room one night they leave you lying naked there without further ado, not saying what medication they are giving you or anything. We have moved my mother-in-law since the management was getting involved in personal things, prohibiting us from taking my mother-in-law anywhere, they have been left with personal hygiene items that were unused bottles of cologne and creams and on top of that they tell us that for 3 fingers of cologne we are going to argue when there were new and unused bottles. As a treatment I do not recommend it, there are salts in a pine box.
Very grateful for the treatment they gave my family member, the treatment of 10 to both the family members and her. The food from what we were told was very good. All the workers are very attentive. I recommend it.
NEVER TAKE YOUR RELATIVES TO THIS RESIDENCE. My grandmother has left us due to her malpractice. She entered another residence and from minute one they tried to revive her, and when they couldn't, they referred her to the hospital. You couldn't even do that. I hope life takes its toll on you.
The residence with the worst treatment that I know, they treated my mother like a goddess and on top of that they got involved in family issues that did not concern her, putting obstacles in my way to take her out for a walk, they took her to the emergency room and took her naked and there they left her without saying what medication she was taking, they showered her once a week so it happened that every two to three urine infections, the food was poor quality and scarce. I had to call the civil guard a few times for not letting me take her out for a walk, they wouldn't let her out. I recommend for nothing. There are salts for the cemetery.
