My grandmother was there for 1 day and they charged her 15 for contractual obligations. High prices for pensioners.
The only thing good about it is the environment inside, poor cleanliness, inadequate meals, unpleasant treatment, no doctor, very few staff, no air conditioning in rooms, no TV, no ironing of clothes. Without personalized attention in any aspect. No surveillance or security cameras. The worst thing, the director and the manager are meanness in its purest form, rude and ordinary to the maximum.
Very professional pleasant treatment. My mother is very well taken care of.
A quiet place with very nice and caring staff.
