Mirabelle Avenue, Coastal Road, Calodyne, Mauritius
Resort infrastructure and ambience is great, has a beautiful clean private beach and free kayaking facilities including a nice pool. However, the staff seemed a little confused all the time especially the restaurant. The Indian food didn't taste authentic too. That aside we had a memorable stay here.

Amazing place, extremely friendly and helpful staff. They were extremely accommodating and helped with my slightly sick 2 year old. The rooms are very clean and beautiful and well designed. The property is very close to the beach and is very beautiful. They also have a very nice pool. They have a lot of activities at their location. They offer some equipment for sea activity like kayaks. The other items like paddle boats were not in a good state and could not be used. They also did not have any snorkeling equipment which could be used. They do offer paid diving sessions though. They also arranged for a beautiful cake on my wife's birthday which fell during our stay there.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. Lovely pool and beach area. Free kayaks and bicycles for guests. Rooms were clean and spacious with a semi-private veranda, which was a nice touch. I indulged myself with two spa treatments - these ladies have magical hands! The dinner buffet was far better than the breakfast selection, to be honest. Breakfast was the same every single day, while dinner had varied cuisines and usually live entertainment. I hardly ever received a WiFi signal in my room, but maybe that's a good thing, to escape from the digital world for a while. The staff were warm, friendly and very helpful in general. The final night of my stay however, the front desk receptionist did make me feel like I was living in my parent's house....I merely invited a guest to dinner and they acted like the CIA wanting to know every single detail of this and exact intention of this visit, before allowing access into the hotel...and in addition, adamantly stated that my guest was forbidden to go near my room. I’m surprised I didn’t get a curfew and they didn’t usher my guest off the property at a certain hour 😂
Very good and cooperative staff and services.Very clean private beach . Unlimited free cycling and kayaking. The only thing not good is the vegetarian food in the restaurant. Everyday there is some or the other live event like local dance performances, karaoke. Rooms are also good. Friendliness and cooperative nature of the hotel staff are the main assests of this place. Had a great time staying here.
We have been there around 2 years ago All in all it is a very nice place. The rooms were spacious and cosy. The staff was very well behaved. Yes water is too costly and they don't provide it for free but I would suggest you to bring water from the supermarket which is around 2 km from the resort. You can bring it in bulk. Food quality was ok. I would suggest vegetarian people to take some ready to cook food. The view from the resort is very good. They have private beach and some water activities are provided for free. The swimming pool is well maintained.
