The worsttt,just for money service level zero.
I'd heard this was one of the most expensive and elequant care homes in Mauritius, however the level of customer service does not reflect the expectations that this brings. A general attitude of inflexibility greets you, and you're made to feel like they are doing you a favour not that they should treat you like a paying customer whom is potentially paying them a significant sum of money. This attitude is disappointing and not found in any of the other care homes around Mauritius. Indeed feedback from other people is consistent with this, and the establishment need to change their pompous approach and start to be more accommodating. Do yourself a favour and look at the level of care and service, and not just the glossy decor and glamour it exudes. In the end, found just as good a care home for a fraction of the price.
