Unprofessional, the place is managed by a husband and hysterical wife. There is an infestation of bedbugs. My mother was fed bread and butter for a full month over breakfast. The wife tries in any way to get more money out of us. If you want to send your parent into a depression that's the place to go. No proper accounts hence they keep claiming more money. They'll charge you for fruits without informing.

Home care is so disgusting, no respect for the client and patient, they just give the patient more stress and depression, they are not there to help the person, they just want an easy job to do. ohh, the management seems not to deserve the certificate to work in a nursing home or as a personal care and also he just screams when he talks to you...so disrespectful...we pay for this man, you can't treat people without respect, If you don't have the ambition to do this job, change your jobs. Go get yourself a training to work with older people. so disappointing 😞 when you see people, very disrespectful like that. they just text or call people to show up the report and it for nothing some small details, why are we paying for that if they can't control anything there. people with dementia are treated like this 😳😳also they just make videos about people when they provide personal care 😳 Are they okay or something is wrong with them ...the staff have to go through training, I don't know where they get the right to work in a home care facility. If I could give a zero I would do it ..
Went to visit Granny today and very much impressed by both interior & exterior environment. Warm welcome by the personel . Granny has been there since a month and she is very happy to stay there. I would highly recommend this home.
Beware if you have a bed ridden relative. Not appropriate coz no care at all for bed ridden. Never seen such money minded people who love money and only money!!!
