Difficult to make the decision. Only those who have been through it know it, but the 6 months that my father has been at Sanitas La Moraleja, he has adapted very well, he has been very well cared for, medically very happy and we, the family, have felt at home. Today we embark on a new path in Sanitas Henares, with a public square, and we only wish that it is as good as in La Moraleja. Thanks to all the staff, patient, loving and professional.
My grandfather is here because he could no longer stay at home, it was difficult for my family to make the decision but without a doubt it is the best thing we could do and also in this Center, they have a large team of professionals to work with them in the morning and afternoon. Since he has been here, my grandfather is more awake than ever and we have even seen that he has improved a lot. Special thanks to the auxiliary team on the second floor who are all very nice to him and us and to the reception team who always have a smile for everyone.
Alfonsi helped us a lot during my grandmother's admission and has always been very attentive to our concerns and her needs. The girls on the floor are great, always with a smile and love for her. We recommend this Center which also has beautiful facilities with a garden perfect for visitors.
My grandmother entered the residence a few months ago and we are delighted with the welcome they have given us, making her adapt easily and resolving all the doubts that arise.
