I am Cristina Aliño, wife of Juan Andres. Sadly my husband passed away on February 3rd. I want to thank all the staff, from the first to the last, for how well they took care of him (and the family too), and in particular thank the staff on the first floor for how they went out of their way for me and for his children, during the five days that we were permanently there with him. The love and concern they showed for us was unsurpassable and priceless. Thank you very much, from the bottom of my heart, everyone.

My mother was in this residence for 4 years. At first, when he was more independent, things went well, but when he became totally dependent, the residence left a lot to be desired. There is an impressive lack of assistants for all the residents, which means that, in the case of my mother, knowing the extreme needs she needed (we talked about it with the head of nursing, the head of assistants, doctor...) They neglected her in a brutal way. Lack of hygiene: my sister had to clean him after an assistant changed his diaper, there were traces of feces with the consequent infection that he could have and that in fact he had... Total lack of attention: they forgot about her, not patient at all let him eat...All this because of the lack of assistants they have, for what is paid, the care that the residents receive is not up to par. My mother became dehydrated and my sister had to be the one to sound the alarm, thank goodness she went to visit her that day and saw the state she was in...from there it went downhill until the day she died. Nobody at the center noticed that my mother was half dying on a couch???? INCREDIBLE. And to top it off, the day he died arrived and come on, neither the director nor the person at the entrance were there to offer their condolences... Well, I could tell countless things. And this testimony is real, I would like to have read this experience before putting my mother in there. There will be good experiences, as there are, but this is a part of what happened with my mother and that is how I want to present it in case it can be of use to someone.
We visited the residence during a school activity, it was a very nice and enriching experience. The residence is very cozy, the staff is pleasant and very involved, we have nothing but words of gratitude, especially to Silvia, the center's psychologist.
Good residence. They take great care of it and it is super clean
Una residencia de 10, el trato con mi padre ha sido excelente, todo el personal con un cariño y una profesionalidad magnífica. Sin duda la recomendamos 100x100. Y desde aquí dar más gracias a todo el personal.
