Good day. My mother spent six months (until her recent death) in the “La Seu” residence of the Sanitas group. Initially we had logical doubts about whether we were acting correctly in managing this income, but it must be said that these soon dissipated. We would classify the services received, from the first moment, as exceptional in every sense and in this process we must highlight the fundamental role of the human factor. The professional team, without excluding any person or category, is the great key. He stands out for his ability to empathize, his availability, his dedication, his kindness and his real interest in the people they serve (many of them very vulnerable and with many difficulties) and all this in a framework of evident vocation and necessary doses of sense of humor. We feel absolute satisfaction and great gratitude because they have contributed decisively to my mother being completely happy in the last stretch of her life.

The added value that La Seu has, beyond the equipment, the amenities and everything they provide to the residents, is the exceptional human treatment. Medical and healthcare care cannot be provided - today - in a private home. La Seu has a permanent medical team, with all the necessary equipment, they do activities of all kinds, and you have a team, waiting day and night. You have treated my mother with exceptional affection. I will always be grateful to you.
Again, many thanks to the entire Sanitas La Seu team for the care and attention given to my father. Not only do you have a professional team and magnificent service, but the treatment, care, affection and familiarity has helped us a lot all this time. Thank you for all the attention you have had at the end of life, it has made it easier for us to cope with these moments with peace of mind. Thanks to the doctors for their follow-up and interest, to the physiotherapy team for their flexibility and dedication, thanks to each and every one for the love shown. My father was at home and really enjoyed your wonderful patio. Thank you.

You are not only wonderful professionals, who have accompanied me in the last steps of my father's life, but also exceptional people, kind, happy, attentive, who have been attentive to my father's needs. Thank you very much for the magnificent treatment that my father received from the entire Residencia La Seu team during the more than three years of his stay there, until the day of his death.
