An exceptional place with a professional and very human team. We were only able to enjoy the center for one year, but the short time our mother was there was a great gift. An enthusiastic staff, activities for all levels of participation, elegant facilities and at the same time a feeling of home. I highly recommend it, it's worth it. No "like at home anywhere." In the hands of professionals with vocation and good work, my mother was transformed and we were able to spend quality time with her in the last year of her life.
There are not enough words to express the deep gratitude we felt upon leaving the residence after the passing of our beloved aunt. It has been three years in which, despite the difficulties, we felt calm because we saw at all times the level of professionalism of the staff together with great generosity, compassion and dedication to the care of patients and families. It is precisely this family environment that we appreciated most, because we knew that we were all working as a team to provide the best possible care for our aunt. Beyond time and distance we will remember these three years and this beautiful residence. Heartfelt thanks to the entire team. You have been a blessing to my aunt and to our entire family.
Good afternoon: I have nothing but words of gratitude for the Sanitas El Viso residence for the treatment given to my mother Pilar and the family in the 9 months she lived there until her death. The admission was due to the need for comprehensive care for my mother due to her delicate state of health and her advanced age and the result has been totally satisfactory, both medically and personally. We were looking for a residence that was cozy and shortly after staying there we realized that due to the wonderful equipment they have, they make it 'home'. From the first moment to the last they have treated my mother and all of us with a love, dedication and professionalism that we will always appreciate, always willing to help with anything with a smile and attentive to any detail or suggestion we made to them. Unfortunately my mother died there in December and in such a difficult time we had the greatest love and the best organization that could be had. Thank you. There are so many people to thank for their treatment that I cannot name them all but as an example I will name Joaquín, Maria José, Mónica, Lara, Miriam, Susana, Daniel, Yeni and of course Covadonga who was the person who welcomed us on the first day. We will always remember you with affection and we will come to see you as we promised. A very strong kiss for everyone.
I want to thank the entire SANITAS EL VISO team. The treatment and professionalism they are demonstrating in the care and attention of my wife who is sick with Alzheimer's. She has been hospitalized since October -24, receiving understanding and affection from everyone since then. I don't want to mean anyone because it would be unfair to someone. Just encourage them and ask them to please continue along this line. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to each and everyone. A very big hug.
