C. de Baltasar Santos, 2, Puente de Vallecas, 28038 Madrid, Spain
We are very grateful to all the workers at the Amavir Puente Vallecas residence, from Belén, the director; Julieta the social worker; Dr. Einstein; the receptionists, nurses, assistants, cleaning people and other people who are dedicated to taking care of our elderly. Our uncle Federico has, unfortunately, been there for a short time (a year and a half) but he has been of great quality. We recommend this residence without a doubt to all those people who need a place for their family member to be treated with affection and professionalism.

Much obliged. They have treated my mother, Francisca, wonderfully. From the assistants, nurses, coordinators, social worker, Julieta, receptionists (I only know Carmen's name, but I include everyone), to the director, Belén. Thank you very much for the treatment you have given my mother. The stay, unfortunately, was short. It has been the last stage of his life (almost 97 years) that he has lived with exquisite treatment. Extraordinary dedication on the part of the plant staff. Familiarity, transparency and knowing each resident and family member by name. I take my hat off to all of you, hats off!! If I had my mother again, without a doubt I would take her again. Only one word comes from our hearts: THANK YOU!!!
Our experience has been very good, especially with the Module Staff, who provided friendly and caring care. Marta, Juana, Charo, Juan Carlos, and Francés, to name a few... The Director, Maria, is unfortunately causing this to deteriorate, and not for the better! She ate the credit of the previous director, Inmaculada Gallego, and she has nothing to do with it. In terms of charisma and personality. Also, I would like to point out the laundry, the quality of the meals, and the lamentable night shift assistants, who do their part... we've had to file a complaint about one of them, who refused to provide us with any information. Thanks to the psychologist, Juanma, and Aida, the social worker, we can salvage some of the management.
Our experience at Amavir Puente de Vallecas has been exceptional. My aunt was hospitalized from January until recently, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the care she received. What stands out most is the family atmosphere they have created. The staff, from the director María to the assistants and the cleaning team, treat the residents with admirable respect and care. You can tell that they are not just professionals, but people who truly care about the well-being of the residents. The medical and nursing care has been impeccable. They were always attentive to my aunt's needs, providing her with the necessary care with professionalism and warmth. We especially want to thank the social worker, who has supported us enormously throughout the entire process, facilitating our and my aunt's adaptation to this new stage. Although due to circumstances we have had to change to a residence in the Community of Madrid, we leave with a heart full of gratitude. Amavir Puente de Vallecas not only took care of my aunt, but he took care of the entire family, offering us peace of mind and confidence in difficult times. We definitely recommend Amavir Puente de Vallecas to any family looking for a place where their loved ones receive quality care in a warm and respectful environment.
It's been a year since my mother entered the nursing home. It was a difficult decision to make, and the first weeks were not easy for her or us, but today she is fully integrated and we see her happy. By doing activities every day, she is much more agile and active, and she has also made a group of friends among the residents who make her happier. The staff, in general, is charming and the facilities are very well maintained. One of the things that convinced us most when deciding on this residence is that it has an “open door” visiting schedule so you can visit your family member practically whenever you want. And I say this because, for me personally, a residence with closed visiting hours did not generate confidence in me. As a point for improvement, I think that we should study how to make the meals more delicious and varied, although I understand that cooking for so many is not easy. A very strong hug for all the workers at Amavir Vallecas. Thank you very much for your work, love and involvement.
