My mother (85) lives in the residence and she fell three weeks ago. After a complicated fracture, she is in the best hands at Es Castellot. Currently in the nursing ward, receiving rehabilitation on site and looking forward to returning to her apartment soon. Even a part of the Swiss healthcare system is aware that they did not receive this professional, person-centered care in Switzerland (and certainly not in the Federal Republic of Germany), with an impressively and reassuringly high job ratio. The team at the residence has my back as a relative and allows me to continue doing my work without any worries. She is looked after excellently, the countless flowers in her apartment are cared for, necessary shopping is done...in short, a loving all-round package. I would particularly like to emphasize the performance, care and expertise of the nursing manager Andreas. Thanks to the management, Ms. Moll, and everyone who ensures that the pensioners enjoy a safe life, in the most beautiful ambience and can rely on competent care in an emergency. The 5 stars are deserved - if it had been a 6 I would have added it ;-)
It's very, very beautiful here. Until a year ago I was there regularly and my beagle was even allowed to come along. As soon as we can we'll come back, this time for a long time. Katia and Dana greetings to Ms. Moll.
