In addition to that, we went to pick her up and all the clothes she had were dirty and she was dressed in dirty clothes, so think twice if you take your loved ones to this center that NEGLECTS THE ELDERLY. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT IF YOU APPRECIATE YOUR LOVED ONES THAT YOU DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS RESIDENCE
A very good Residence, the reception staff was very friendly and very professional. Good facilities. From what I saw on Saturday and Sunday afternoon, the staff that cares for the residents was a bit scarce and concentrated on floor 1. My relative has only been there for a few days. The most surprising and negative thing is that at Sunday mass, after Communion, they put a slur against the government of Spain, making serious accusations. I was deeply surprised.
It's been 8 months since my last review and I stand by it. My mother has been a user since January 2023 and has been diagnosed, among other pathologies, with diabetes. Once again, a problem related to the latter has been addressed with absolute professionalism by the center, which has also managed an interconsultation with endocrinology at the "La Condesa" health center to which we went last July 2024. Thanks to Director Gema, and the entire team, who ensure the well-being of the residents and the peace of mind of their families. Always, also, with absolute willingness and empathy.
