Perfect
Good care for grandparents. It's a shame that they go to the residences when we can no longer have them at home and they are already unwell and cannot enjoy the activities that are available.
Good morning, the place leaves a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness, the services smell like urine. Being from the community of Madrid, this center should be supervised more often. They should think about ventilating that place because of the heat, and the elderly constantly asking for water, with dry mouths. The bookstore is not as it is, as shown in the photos, it is old newspapers and magazines. The cafeteria only opens from 10:30 a.m. They tell you that it is a center open 24 hours a day, for whom? I felt obliged to go at 8 a.m. and the person who opened the door for me was a man who resides there, wandering around. There should be more themes, and I think there should be more personnel and a little classical, ambient music All the best
A true disaster of the Residence, continuous negligence, days when they don't answer when they call the assistants, other days they don't give the medication prescribed by the doctor, they leave them in bed from 8:30 p.m. and go to bed until 11 a.m., so they can't attend the activities and services included in the price, a total abandonment. It's a real shame. In the process of filing a claim in the Community of Madrid.
My siblings and I would like to express our gratitude for the exquisite care the nursing home professionals provide our mother. Especially Ana, Jeanette, and Fátima, who are the people we've had the closest contact with, not to mention all those we have yet to meet, but who we see doing their work with dedication and care. Thank you.
