I felt obliged to go at 8 a.m. and the person who opened the door for me was a man who resides there, wandering around. A true disaster of the Residence, continuous negligence, days when they don't answer when they call the assistants, other days they don't give the medication prescribed by the doctor, they leave them in bed from 8:30 p.m. and go to bed until 11 a.m., so they can't attend the activities and services included in the price, a total abandonment.
