A horrible place, zero empathy with the workers. Especially when they start, as was my case. Homophobia, far from being rewarded, should be punished, and not let people from other centers but belonging to the same group (I am referring to Valdeluz Guadalajara) insult and degrade you, you defend yourself and you go out into the street. I can't find words to describe the pain I felt, almost two years ago after all this, and of course I can only tell you that I am glad not to work alongside bad people, as you undoubtedly are, those responsible for this residence.

I cannot value the physical space or the attention. After calling a couple of times to request information and having the commitment that the Worker would call me Social, I have not had a response. I understand that they are very busy, but at least be professional and say if they have places, or if they are interested in a new resident, thank you.
Horrible resistance. They don't accept patients who have been discharged after a certain time. Since they don't accept their patients, the ambulances have to take them back to the hospitals where they were discharged. You call and they have the phone off the hook. I imagine the night shift at this nursing home is only for the workers to sleep. It's shameful that they do this to their patients.
An excellent residence, with magnificent facilities and very good treatment of the elderly. The staff very accessible and friendly. The director always has a smile and is attentive to everything.
My mother, Meli, has been in Valdeluz Leganés for five months. He passed away a few days ago. I write this review for families who find themselves in the situation that both I and my sisters found ourselves in a few months ago. The first thing is to congratulate the entire team, Ana, the social worker, always close. Dava, the physio, always with a smile. The doctor, always at our disposal. Leo, Porfirio, Juan, ...., always attentive and with their best smile. To the ladies at the reception, Tere, etc... every afternoon a smile and a pleasant word of welcome. It is a center where you find affection, attention, distraction, care, cleanliness,.... And above all the words of my mother who has always told me that they treated her very well. They care about your well-being and that in such difficult times is very important. We have felt cared for and my mother has been very well taken care of. It is a very difficult decision to make but when the need leaves you no other option, this center is a great help. Thank you very much and I will always carry you in my heart. Congratulations for your daily effort in making it our mother's home and a little bit of ours. A hug.
