My mother-in-law has been hospitalized for a year and from minute one I have nothing but gratitude for the treatment received towards her and her family members. In a bad time, meeting people like Beatriz is a blessing. The only thing I have to say is that if I ever need residency for my mother, it would be lucky if she could enter with you. Excellent human treatment, from its director Beatriz, Social Worker Nerea and all the caregivers and staff in charge of making things easy for our elderly, demonstrating professionalism, affection and closeness at every step. I can only thank you for your dedication and patience, which is what I value most in caring for our mother. The interior facilities are very good and well-kept, absolute transparency and doors open to family members, the exterior areas are in the process of improvement, and the environment is excellent. A place of 10. The best professionals. The views are beautiful and our elders are treated incredibly with care and dedication. I think the name of the woman who runs it is Bea. She goes out of her way along with the rest of the workers, a team of 10. I am very happy to have my family member there.
A Disaster, they are not prepared for assisted people, They have very few staff 3 people for 50 residents, they do not use the cranes even if people need it, they do not have chairs for the showers, they go so fast that they cannot even see if they have any wounds or ulcers, they do not have enough staff to take them to the bathroom when they ask for it and not to mention that if something happens they do not notify the relatives.... An endless number of things for which, having other options, I would not leave my mother there, father or grandparents
