In the fall of 2024, our mother was admitted to the Ciudad Patricia Residencia facility after an accident. From day one, the love, care and affection that was shown to our mother, was first class, unrelenting and complete in every aspect of the nursing journey. The entire staff executed the care program flawlessly, treating mum with dignity and affection that exceeded the basic nursing home care and traversed into pure, unadulterated friendship. This was an equal part of her convalescence, just as important as the medicine and rehab was. Marloes, Mar, aka 'Hannah' to mum (mum was always awful with names :-)) was perhaps the most caring and respectful individual I have met. We could not have hand picked our mum's care better and she went beyond the working obligations every day, scheduling video calls at all hours to accommodate the various family members around the world who wanted to interact with mum. The executive staff Barbara & Linda (and several others) all wanted to meet us after our mum's passing. It was important to them to meet with us and it meant the world to the family. Mum was not just another patient, she was a member of their community and they felt the loss too. They knew who mum was and they knew who we were. Dr. Arzuaga also took time out of his schedule to seek us out once he knew we were in the building. That extra special care was invaluable for us in the hours immediately following the loss of our mother. Losing someone you love is never easy. Knowing you did the best you could for them while alive and utilizing the best people in the field, eases that acute pain that is death's companion. That special caring has become a catalyst in ensuring the journey from sadness and melancholy to one of pleasant recollections is as expeditious as possible. Knowing someone left this world in comfort and with love, somehow makes the rest more bearable. On behalf of the entire family and friends, we would like to thank the staff of Ciudad, the nursing home and the apartment complex for a fantastic job well done. We would not hesitate to recommend this facility and its staff for anyone needing nursing home care.

This place is amazing, it is so well organized and all of the staff are incredible. Every member of staff is professional friendly and truly care. Mar is exceptional at her job and is always happy to help with anything and really cares for all the residents which shows when they greet her. Even after my dad left the Residencia for the UK she still helped us with getting the medication and care plan organised with the doctor. Doctor Arzuaga is also such a lovely man and so helpful , he really cared about my father who was practically at deaths door in Denia hospital after a fall, fracturing his back and then getting pneumonia but the Residencia literally saved him and got him walking again after 3 weeks in hospital without getting out of bed. Rumy on reception is always professional, helpful and friendly. The nurses and carers all work hard and are always friendly and keen to help in anyway they can. We can't thank them enough and although my dad is settled here in England we miss

I've been looking for the perfect place for my lovely grandmother and finally i found it !! Residencia Ciudad Patricia it's a PARADISE. The staff and medical team are kind and tireless working day and night always available for anything. Especially in this period i was happy and satisfied of the service cause the resort it's really clean. Everything is controlled and there is no covid. Furthermore they have an in-house restaurant with an endless variety of menus and the staff takes cares of the guests at all times so it's impossible to get bored. I really recommend this resort if you really care about family. 5 stars!!
Perfect place to recover, the stuff very professional. Was there once and they helped me a lot. Now gonna go back again to them expect for a help second time . Recommended
