It leaves a lot to be desired, I had to take my mother out after 4 days of being there, the service was terrible, we called the assistance button and no one came, more than an hour of waiting, the person who is there is in a chair for an operation and is not able to move on her own, imagine the desperation and the feeling of abandonment that was felt towards her, the medication took a long time and there was no water to take it, I had to be asking them for the prescribed medication, they always forgot something , I brought you the nolotil scheduled every 4 hours along with the paracetamol, if you are not attentive, your elders will take it all together. At meals, not a bottle of water, if you ate in the room, you had to buy it yourself, the rooms were full of people in abandoned wheelchairs, they didn't even give him a cure in the days he was there etc etc and I was only there for a very short period of time. Of course, they charged me for the service. 5 stars, when we were there every day assisting our mother because there was no supply there, too many people for those who are working, they clean a room in two minutes, it is shameful I do not recommend this residence to anyone. Our mother's stay was short and I could go on and on…. Imagine having the people you love most stuck there forever, I attach an invoice to see the payment for the service not provided, you claim an amount that does not fit and to this day they still do not answer me,
My aunt has been there for a short time and in the time that I have been there they have been very attentive to all the elderly people there. The truth is that everything is very clean and well-kept, at least what I have seen so far. For my part, there are no complaints. I hope they continue like this.
