Thanks to Vicente and the entire team for the effort made yesterday with the residents, a difficult situation being without electricity, was present at that time.
I was fortunate to entrust the care of both of my grandparents in this residence, and I cannot be more grateful for the excellent care and affection with which they were treated during their stay there. From day one, the staff demonstrated exceptional dedication and professionalism, and it was clear that they did everything with love. There was always constant and transparent communication, and we were informed of any changes and needs they had. Many thanks for everything!
What I can say is what my uncle José Pérez felt being there. He was happy because he was well cared for, with all his needs covered and he never had a complaint about the treatment of the staff, on the contrary, they showed great affection towards all of you.
Thanks to all the staff who work at Ballesol for the excellent treatment offered to both my mother and us. I recommend and encourage people who have doubts about the residences to visit and get information in Ballesol since it is the best in Valencia.
