I edit my review because it is non-stop. Getting worse. You feel trapped because you ask and they tell you that they are all the same. Besides, we already changed her from another one and it affected her a lot. He receives a third of the attention he received when he entered. We have had to hire a person to at least move or talk to someone. Shameful. They have everyone staring at the wall 13 hours a day minus 8 hours of sleep and meals. He has lost 15 kilos since he entered. I go to see her every 48 hours and her diaper is dirty half the time. You don't care about talking to management, the valid staff leaves as soon as they can, luckily there are a couple that are efficient but they are diluted by the rest. Terrifying

If you love your family members, DO NOT take them here. We had to run my grandfather out of there, he had never fallen EVER and in just the first week he fell twice. They took away the smoothies, you saw the elderly asking for water or help to go to the bathroom and they passed on. Really Horrible. I don't give zero stars because you can't.
