As a father I am very happy with the residence. They have taken my daughter to the emergency room when she needed it and attended to her slightly special feeding needs. Without a doubt they give me confidence and peace of mind. I see that there is always fresh and available food and safety is very important. It is a very important stage for a child and it has been a success to choose Los Arcos being so far away. I recommend it. It is also very close to the university and that is a plus.

Hello, good afternoon, It was previously managed by another person who unfortunately is no longer with us. She was fabulous and we all adored her and she cared a lot about food and making us feel at home. Now it is managed by a man who only cares about the business. The meals are quite bad and there is a lot of food missing. Although we mentioned it to the owner, he didn't pay any attention to us. He appeared very rarely at the residence and was never there on weekends. If there was any conflict between any mate, the air was broken, the refrigerator in the dining room stopped working or the heating was low, it didn't do anything to solve it. For this and many other reasons, many of us who were there have left. I do not advise you, from the bottom of my heart. Do not take your children to this residence. I'm giving it a star because the program forces me. One of the worst residences, without a doubt.
The best student residence in Madrid. First-class infrastructure with all the comforts, services, in excellent condition and good food, varied, complete and of top quality. I was hosted twice for studies and it was definitely a great help for allowing me to concentrate on my studies and giving me ease of schedule regarding dinner. All rooms have their private bathroom in excellent condition. Family atmosphere, good treatment, very pleasant to be in. Unbeatable location, near the university, 5 minutes walking or less, running 3. I will be infinitely grateful to Cristina, a wonderful person. All the people who work at the residence are very friendly and attentive. 100% recommended!
I was there a week ago when I had to go to the UEM to take some exams and if I can I will repeat for sure. Cristina makes you feel at home and gives you all the facilities. The rooms have everything you need to study. Wifi of course. Air-conditioning! (it was so hot in Madrid!). I won't forgive the swim in the pool next time hehe... I really liked the food they offered, both for lunch, dinner and breakfast. Plus, if you were hungry you could always grab something. One step away from the university and the bus stops to go and return to Madrid.
Phenomenal. The owner Cristina is very affectionate and available, there is unparalleled cleanliness and care of the structure. There is everything to eat. I'm like family here. Incredible! He deserves all the best.
