My father has lived in this residence for a long time and whenever I visit him I feel calm. It is clean, looks well cared for and cared for with respect. The facilities are good, they are clean, comfortable and adapted to what the residents need. The staff is professional and very humane. It is evident that they do their work with dedication, and that is reflected in their day-to-day work. Seeing my father calm and well cared for is the most important thing for me. I also think it is important to value the effort behind caring for the elderly. It is not an easy task, and many times we do not see everything that it entails. For this reason, I sincerely thank the team for their work and for the treatment they give to the residents. The residence does its part, and does it very well. RUN AWAY. THEY DO NOT TREAT OLDER PEOPLE WELL HERE. NEGLIGENT COMMITTING NEGLIGENCE ONLY THEY CARE THAT THE EVIDENCE DOES NOT COME TO LIGHT. I'm a nurse, and I would never forget a patient, especially in these conditions. We're going to leave staff outside, without shelter and in freezing temperatures, and we're going to say it was careless. It's inhumane, with zero empathy. They have no ethics or morals. They disgust me, and on top of that, they go to the trouble of responding, making vile excuses.
It's shameful and inhumane to leave an elderly man out in the cold in the middle of December. That worker should be fired immediately. What would have happened if it had been a relative of yours? I only hope the man's family saw the video and brought it to justice. Let a judge put you in your place. Remember, you'll also be elderly.
