In terms of care for dependent people, a 10. From the hospital where my mother was admitted, they congratulated us on how she was cared for. Many thanks to the caregivers and all the professionals who work at Emera Mallorca for the human quality with which they treat the residents.
Hello, I visited the residence. I loved the experience with José Antonia, the physiotherapist. He explained how it works to us and it has changed a lot for the better. I also saw that the restoration is great and the layout is spectacular. The treatment of the users is zero retention and the freedom to be heard and the dignity of each one is exemplary. I would like to work there and be part of the staff. I give the workers a 10 ❤️😍 Keep going down that path.
I read reviews and I am perplexed. The human quality that I have encountered and the food was and continues to be good since if you have doubts you can try it. They make outings to the promenade next to the beach in addition to many more things that are impossible at home. I have had an aunt for more than 5 years and the change to Emera has been noticed with much more concern in everything. They are not perfect but they communicate any problem to you so they can solve it.
As a Social Worker that I have been at Emera Mallorca, I have to say that the organization and treatment of staff leaves a lot to be desired. I have been there for three months and I have experienced from within all the shortcomings it has and if they have treated me like this... I am leaving very concerned for the residents, I cannot speak for anyone, but I know that there are many people disappointed with whoever is in charge and his poor organization. How far do we have to go so that there are also these problems in the social sphere? Magically, when I walk out the door, there are 5 star reviews with no comments all from the same day. I have worked there, I know they want to hide workplace mobbing.
