Incredible personalized attention. We all have the same fear: we want the best for our family member. The staff has a lot of experience and psychology, both for the family and the resident. The food is homemade and there is a choice every day. 5 meals a day this looks like a 5 star hotel ;). The rehab center has powerful machines and personalized programs. The truth is that for now we are delighted with both the center and the staff.

We have my aunt living in the residence and we could not be happier with the treatment that all the professionals in each area have. We came from a very negative experience in another private residence in the area and, thanks to the change, my aunt is recovering from knee surgery (rehabilitation in the gym) and is eating better every day (she refused to eat). The facilities are spectacular, the therapies focused on real improvement of the resident, the professionals work with vocation, love and empathy. Everything so far is positive and, in addition, the rooms and stays are like a 5-star hotel. We thank Mayla, Paula, Ana and the entire team for what they do every day. Truly, the peace of mind of having your family member in a center like this is priceless. Thank you so much for everything!
Excelente servicio el que ofrecen en Vitalia Majadahonda, con un personal muy profesional y un trato exquisito hacia los residentes con cariño, empatía y paciencia para que se sientan como en su propia casa. Destacar la labor de todos los departamentos, tanto trabajo social como dirección, auxiliares, recepción, equipo médico y terapeutas, por su buena comunicación con los familiares y siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad o petición que surgiera. Cabe destacar también la cocina por la elaboración propia de la comida, con una alta calidad y buena variedad. En cuanto a las instalaciones son magníficas, con amplias habitaciones individuales, salas de convivencia reducidas para mayor comodidad de los residentes, y una decoración muy acogedora con tonos alegres que produce una sensación de bienestar. Desde luego no podia haber elegido una mejor opción para mi familiar. Mi máxima recomendación y reconocimiento para Vitalia. Ha superado todas mis expectativas.
After having already passed a few weeks I can only comment that I am fully satisfied with this residence. The facilities are correct, the food is very good, varied adapted to each need and very well prepared. But the most important thing is the treatment and involvement of the team. I have been able to compare it with other residences in the area in which, unfortunately, we have had terrible experiences, where everything was good words but regrettable service, and poor care for the elderly. In the case of Vitalia Majadahonda, the attention is everything that can be expected, kind, empathetic, professional and very respectful of the residents. Always attentive and aware of any needs that may arise. 100% recommended.
I would like to record in writing that I see my mother “feel at home” in this brand new residence of the Vitalia group. My mother, diagnosed with Alzheimer's, is happy, feels cared for and loves the loving and family treatment from the entire vitalia team. Both my sister and I feel grateful for how the entire team has “supported” us. We feel calm seeing our mother happy and content not only when we come to see her but when we say goodbye to her. The residence is very well connected and is equipped with an intensive therapy unit, where specialized physiologists and neuropsychologists carry out absolutely professional work. A ten at the facilities level and an “11” at the human level.
