Until my grandmother's last day you have been a family. Impeccable, unbeatable treatment, with wonderful human quality. We have always been informed of any mishap or need of my grandmother. The Chotis Room has been his home. I cannot mention any worker in particular because each and every one of you has been exemplary. On behalf of the Ortiz Hidalgo family, we will always be eternally grateful.
The center is very clean and there is good organization. We had some problems at the beginning, which the Director, Francisco, got involved and helped us solve. He assisted us very well with an incident we had with clothing. It is clear that he is involved in ensuring that the center works well and that both family members and users have a good experience. No complaints at the moment.
My mother has been in the residence for about four years and they have lost a lot of her clothes, the social worker does not get involved nor does she notify you or say anything, much to improve in that aspect. And even though they tell me that they don't lose clothes, it's not true, or we will be the first to lose clothes. And I take this opportunity to congratulate one of the assistants who has been with my mother at the Neptuno house since the first day, Marinalva.
I have a relative who has resided in Vitalia Leganés since Sep.24. Since arriving at this center, we have experienced some incidents, contacted the corresponding personnel, we have been assisted immediately, making the information required by us available to us.
