My auntie has been a resident here for nearly two years now, she’s been taken care of, her room is spotless and every time I visit her she seems happy, which comforts the family a lot! The staff is lovely, they always go above and beyond and my aunt is always speaking wonders about them! We even been invited for dinner at the residency dinner during our last visit so we could have a family dinner!! Very good, I fully recommend this place.

The assistants are very nice, they can't help but I have to say that the cleaning on the 4th floor leaves a lot to be desired, it smells horrible, like urine, please fix it!! The residents are paying a lot to be there, a lot of façade but inside it is very deteriorated.
Very disappointed because on the third floor, which is for people with cognitive impairment, there were only 3 assistants to put so many people in wheelchairs and with dementia to bed. I went to visit a friend, who is on that floor, and it does not meet the ratio they promise of 6.6 assistants. Even more so in a plant with very vulnerable people. In the case of my friend, being single, I realized that the floor of her apartment was very dirty and your feet got stuck from neglecting cleaning. By not having children, they take advantage of this situation of abandonment.

As an employee, I do not recommend it at all. I have been waiting for weeks for a document that only the management of the company can do for me and that I have every right to request and they do not get on the phone, they make up stories, it is a shame that there are people like that They dedicate themselves to caring for grandparents and consider themselves good people
