In recent months my mother has been there, I only have words of gratitude for the assistance, kindness and affection that they have shown her. No complaints can be made about the facility or the staff.
We have temporarily used the residence. The stay has been very satisfactory; permanent control and surveillance of the inmates, very loving treatment of all workers, always willing to help, very correct food, legal help, adequate health care and pleasant facilities. We were very satisfied with the Residence.
I can only say good things about this nursing home. My grandmother spent twelve years there, and until the very end, I could only be grateful. No place is perfect, and things always come up, but they've always been clear and the communication has been perfect. Thanks again to the entire team for caring for and loving my grandmother, who had a difficult and intense personality.
Since Covid I have had my mother as a resident there, they were difficult times for me and thanks to them I was able to admit her in a short space of time, without obstacles or bureaucracy of any kind, which says a lot about her human quality. From that moment I saw my mother supported by all the staff, making her adaptation as easy as possible. She is going through different stages of her illness and they are constantly monitoring her assessment in order to facilitate her day-to-day life and be able to pass these stages with dignity. I see how it receives all the necessary care from constant affection, there is no lack of a hug or a phrase of support or understanding from the entire staff team, which makes it the right place and makes it possible for me to go to bed at night. knowing that my mother is in the best hands.
