I've lived in this residence for three years. I owned my apartment. I'm leaving because the problems I encountered there (insufficient water flow, poor Wi-Fi and TV reception, presence of asbestos?) have never been resolved. Furthermore, I discovered irregularities in the management of the managing director. The administrators of the Cercle, the property manager, and some owners are covering up these misdeeds. On the surface, the site is pleasant. The employees do their jobs and are pleasant.

Responsible staff unsmiling and unfriendly.... because of the work. Food not great. Overcooked and very fatty. Far from everything. 4 stores 10 minutes away by wheelchair. No mobility bus like in Walloon Brabant. In short, very expensive to pay for not feeling good..... I miss my apartment in LLN terribly. And the atmosphere where young and old people mix.... And the shops nearby.... It's a luxury prison.... 13
Hello, I have been staying there for almost a year......to respond to a reader I confirm that the place is a little isolated but I knew that when renting........and I have a car.........for the food.......we're not in a Michelin-starred hotel but that was to be expected..........there are vegetables from the breakfast.. .....for the kindness of the staff.........I find them great The only downside is the TV network which regularly jumps, the TV network becomes catastrophic
Residence service at the top! Where you feel good and it's good to live there. There have been many improvements and redevelopments over the years and continue to improve over time. The staff and management are warm, welcoming, available and attentive. To recommend without hesitation 😊
