Great residence where I would like to end my days, the setting is superb and green, lots of activities are organized very regularly for residents and also to participate and integrate into local life, concerts, shows, karaoke, ping-pong, etc... and a great cafeteria with a magnificent terrace. I can attest to the quality of care provided by the doctor provided by the nursing home, the caregivers, the nurses, all the staff in general, and the management! This has been the case for over 8 years since both my parents have been there! The management has always allowed a host of activities such as dance evenings, karaoke, a huge and incredible exhibition on Louis de Funès and concerts by the Saint-Tropez gendarmes, visits from Santa Claus and Saint Nicholas…. I congratulate them for their initiatives and authorizations! The residents have been delighted every time.
Stay from June 10 to 11. What can I say other than that the site is well done. No jacuzzi as stipulated on the site. Exterior staircase with an unsecured wooden step....nail protruding from the seat of a chair at breakfast. Looking at the grimace of the owner, it's clearly my fault. We came once...not twice.
I have been living in Les Eglantines for 6 months. And it seems that since I have been here I have been “shining”!!!! Which in itself wouldn't be impossible because I feel really good there. I obviously don't know all the residences in Belgium or even Brussels, but having visited several friends staying in other residences, I can say that mine deserves a 5***** Overall friendly, smiling and attentive staff, almost immediate responsiveness, adapted activities, a green and soothing environment... in short, everything you need to not have to regret your choice and make your stays pleasant. I can only advise!!!
My mother was placed in this home. I can tell you that she did not receive the care necessary for an elderly person. The staff is not at all efficient and even less attentive. I do not recommend it to anyone to end their days in this establishment.
