Since my mother's retirement home was taken over by Korian, it has become a real mess!!!!, terrible food, small portions, the nurses no longer care about the residents, extra work for them and the worst is that floors 3 and 4 have no heating, my mother is freezing and it's not worth talking to the director about it.

Given the report on RTBF, I am outraged by the behavior of management. Making people believe that the tests of hospital staff are negative when they are positive. Endangering the lives of others. You make me sick
My mother and I live in a Paloke group residence and we are not well cared for and SLG does not want to do anything for us.
