Chau. de Boondael 104, 1050 Ixelles, Belgium
My mother joined the Van Aa residence as a resident in November 2023. A difficult transition for an elderly person with complete autonomy. But she did well: my mother is transformed, safe thanks to the caregivers present 24 hours a day, kindness, staff present and attentive, extraordinary cleanliness, balanced and varied meals, numerous and varied activities, physiotherapist, hairdresser, library, cafeteria, parties for families, transport in the event of a medical appointment. Thank you to all the staff: caregivers, maintenance staff, cooks, administrative staff, social workers, physiotherapists, hairdresser and my apologies if I forget some. I recommend without hesitation this establishment where respect for the person is the priority.

I did my student job there last summer (2023). I was harassed by my manager. Despite a complaint to the CP•S and the home's HR, I never received any feedback. If you are a student, don't go and work there.
