Very nice establishment, clean and welcoming. The activities offered to residents are numerous and varied. The staff is friendly and professional, although sometimes understaffed, as is the case everywhere in the healthcare sector in Belgium. I recommend this establishment, the residents are good there, what's more important?
Dishonest management, always check the documents you receive from them (scam, lack of professionalism, and absolute incompetence). For healthcare professionals, nurses, and caregivers, read the contracts carefully before signing, and above all, don't believe their false kindness and sweet talk; they hide absolute dishonesty and fraud.
Clean and modern place. Lunch meal without more ➕️ Evening dinner worthy of a drastic diet cure!! So much so that we still do 2 hours later!! Really not great considering the asking price. No friendly atmosphere from the staff compared to its neighbor Bois de la Pierre where you can eat to your heart's content and friendly, smiling staff, good atmosphere, etc. Personally I'm disappointed 😞!! My mother deserved much better. Especially since we had to bring him food... In short, business like all rest homes.
My mother-in-law stayed there for palliative care. The healthcare team listened to our requests and responded perfectly. She left serene and comfortable.
