One of the most concerning issues was the state of cleanliness throughout the facility. The environment felt grimy. The bed were particularly problematic. Including my aunt who had passed away, developed bedsores due to perhaps unsanitary bedding and poor attention to their needs. It’s heartbreaking to see that the most basic level of care, like regular repositioning to avoid bedsores, wasn’t being prioritized.
