We booked a week here via Secret Escapes on a Dinner, B & B package. On arrival (early) we were greeted by a friendly & helpful reception team. I asked if there were any upper floor rooms available and was offered an upgrade to a suite at a very reasonable extra cost which we paid. The room was perfect, the staff were all helpful & friendly plus the food was probably the best I've experienced (and we travel a lot). If you're looking for a true 4/5* experience in comfort and with a quiet relaxing atmosphere devoid of any of the usual spoiler groups of loud/drunk guests then look no further. Highly recommended & we will definitely return soon. Thanks to everyone at the Lindner for restoring my faith that top quality hotels at a reasonable price still do still exist. Tony & Alison

Only went for the spa and the full body massage and I can tell you that this is value for money! I came there with a friend of mine and the two ladies greeted us with warmth and kindness. We got offered tea and water before being led into different rooms where a very professional and relaxing massage was held. Super facilities and lovely staff! Thanks
The venue is pretty good, specious room, good gym and pool area etc and the property itself has a potential to be a 5 star but the service and breakfast are not the best. The breakfast is very average though they do have selection of fruits, vegetables so vegetarians/vegans should be okay too. One really helpful member of the staff at the breakfast remembered that I asked for oat milk on the first day, and she asked me if I needed it on the second day too which was really nice. She was really friendly and helpful to everyone including children which made me smile :-) On the other hand, on the check out day, one of the the housekeeping members came into my room twice in the morning! First it was at 9:50AM, she knocked the door quickly and opened the door immediately without waiting for my answer, she saw me (I was in my underwears!) and apologised in Spanish and shut the door. Half an hour later around 10:20 she did the same thing again and opened the door. And said “check out, time! Time?” So I said to her check out time should be 11am. She said okay and left. I found it a bit uncomfortable and for a Hyatt brand hotel they should communicate internally and check the clients check out time in better way rather than housekeeping banging the door and going around!
Great experience! Clean, excellent customer service, provided gluten free and vegan milk options with breakfast. Ample parking space. Our bed was odd though bc it had two separate small duvets instead of a large king sized one
Very nice hotel in a quiet area, with plenty of parking. Just a 10 minute drive to the city center and many other attractions. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the room was nice, despite the damaged tile on the shower floor. Overall, the staff was very friendly with the exception of the lady at checkout who was annoyed that there was a dinner charge on my room that I told her didn’t belong to me. She didn’t believe me at first and said “are you sure? I’m going to verify, because we keep all the receipts.” She grabbed the little binder, searched through it and discovered that the dinner charge was not mine, like I originally told her. She didn’t even bother to apologize but did take it off the bill.
