Our family had the most amazing time at Iberostar Pinos Park Waves! We chose this resort to celebrate both my daughter’s and my wife’s birthdays, and honestly, it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The food was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and came with a stunning view. The pools were a hit with both the kids and adults, and the entire resort was beautifully maintained. We especially loved the beach—it was the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. But what truly made this trip unforgettable was the incredible staff—every person we met was warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. We also had the chance to meet some lovely people during our stay, which added to the wonderful atmosphere. A special thank you goes out to JOSEMA and ADAM—two amazing entertainers who brought so much positive energy and fun to each day. Their warmth, humor, and dedication made a huge difference, and they truly stood out as the heart of the entertainment team. We’re already thinking about when we can come back. We’ve had a really nice time. Hotel is located in a really nice area with great pools and a quick walk to the beach which was perfect. The room was good and even though we weren’t far from the entertainment we had zero noise. Buffet was spot on and we didn’t need anything at all, staff have been friendly and always quick to help with anything you need. Overall, great holiday, would recommend and thanks for everything!

The facilities are great, the rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the food… delicious! There was always a wide variety of high-quality options at every meal, which is even more important when traveling with a baby. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Every single person we encountered was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming – they made us feel at home from day one. A very special thank you to Juanpe, who served us most days and was simply wonderful. He knew our usual orders by heart and always greeted us with a warm smile and such genuine attentiveness. He’s one of those people who make a real difference in your experience. Our daughter was always greeted with affection by everyone, which made everything even more special for us as parents. It’s rare to find a hotel where you feel so well looked after – not just because of the facilities, but especially because of the people who work there.

This is a very family-oriented hotel, perfect for those traveling with children. If you’re a group of friends seeking nightlife and action, the atmosphere here—complete with the occasional crying baby—might not be for you. The hotel is right by a lovely promenade, and there are a few small supermarkets just next door for convenience. We stayed on an all-inclusive package with our 1-year-old, and it was absolutely worth it. What truly sets this place apart is the incredibly friendly and dedicated staff—you don’t come across that kind of service very often.
