I have sent following ratings and quotes to Heide Schelfout @poetsbureau.be WhilST I am perfectly happy with of the cleaning services of my appartment by ELZA who comes on a regular basis, I must say that the same goes for the temporary assistance by WENDY who came on August the second. Yesterday a new person by the name of LEEN came as temporary replacement and i must congratulate you, and LEEN herself, for the efficiency by which she carried out her task in particular also with her eye for detail. My daughter Marina and I are very satisfied with the services rendered by Poetsbureau Haacht. COMPLIMENTS Yours truly A.H.Dhondt

During the first cleaning, where the cleaning assistant cannot speak Dutch or French, he breaks our induction hob by dropping a glass jar with sweets on it. Accidents can happen, but afterwards we notice that the candy had apparently ended up on the floor and was simply put back in the jar with the dirt that was on the floor! Reported the broken hob to the cleaning agency, but they hide behind the customer's franchise with their insurance. So we have to pay €250 deductible ourselves for what their employee has broken. Their communication afterwards was also very disappointing! They would rather lose new customers than follow up correctly on claims files and make fair interventions. Very expensive cleaning for us. Well, cleaning, half of the rooms were not completely cleaned, the toilets were not touched and we found the cleaning helper on his hands and knees cleaning the floor while we had been handed over the mop several times. The cleaning agency did not even respond to these comments!
Never before have I been treated so respectfully and correctly at work. My wishes were taken into account from the start and my coach always responds very quickly if I have a question. I received beautiful and practical clothing and soon I will also receive an electric bicycle! At the start we received a short training from a friendly teacher who knows the ins and outs. My customers are all very satisfied and so am I.
Been trying to get the administration in order for 3 weeks now. They don't answer emails and can't be viewed by phone. Luckily the cleaning helpers do work correctly. They do pay €80 extra per year for administration work. Great that you can respond to a bad review immediately. But a week later and I haven't heard anything from you. I called on Monday myself. But still not in order. Are there people working outside of the cleaning helpers??
