They don't look out for anyone, other than to maintain a false appearance. Zero professionalism and ethically very shameful. The mismanagement is incredible: cell phones are lost, personal items and quality clothing disappear, they wear the wrong shoes, etc. The price is very expensive and there is no transparency in many aspects. Nor do they allow people to enter the interior as a rule, which already gives rise to suspicions about the reasons they have for hiding their operation. The only thing it has going for it is the location, in the old part of the city, but that is not a credit to those who manage it. Very little humanity and empathy. Working and no one lets me enter the bathroom even if I pay, what a lack of shame and empathy. I don't even want to imagine how they must treat the elderly when the clients don't see them. Whoever is bad to those on the outside is bad to those on the inside.

Excellent and extraordinary residence mainly due to the treatment, affection and attention that our families receive. My mother has been residing in this residence for more than 6 years and since she entered, she and the family have been very happy and content. Congratulations and many thanks to all the employees for your work with these wonderful people who make them happy day after day.
I have paid a visit to this residence since my mother may need their services soon. The attention and information received from 10. The facilities are clean and tidy, the staff of health professionals is very good and with extensive experience in health care, the staff in charge of caring for the residents is very competent. I think it is a very good alternative if one needs your attention.
