I have been working with comforthome for several years now. Since I got Comfort (coincidentally, her name is Comfort) I feel very relaxed and I always look forward to her visit! I am extremely satisfied with her. She is always punctual and reliable, which is a great relief to me. Her work is thorough and she has a keen eye for detail – nothing escapes her attention. She sees what is needed without me having to say it, and carries out everything with great care and dedication. What I also really appreciate is her discretion and respectful attitude. She is always in a good mood and radiates friendliness, which makes the atmosphere in the house very pleasant. Her diligence and positive attitude make her a real added value. An absolute must for anyone looking for someone who not only works efficiently and precisely, but is also a warm and pleasant person to have in the house!
I am very happy with our cleaning lady Almina, it feels like she has become part of the family. When she was ill for a while we missed her very much, we kept up to date with her health and sympathised with her. In the meantime we got replacement help, also very willing ladies who certainly did their best and for whom we were grateful. We still have contact with some of them now and then. This way we stay informed about what else is happening in their lives. But when Almina was able to come back we were very happy. We hope that she will stay with us for many years to come. With Comforthome the communication was always very good, this way we always stayed well informed.
As for our cleaning lady. There are no words for this. We have had a few other cleaning ladies from other agencies, but this one is great, sweet, friendly, always cheerful. And if she sometimes has a hard time, she gets through it. We actually wouldn't want any other cleaning lady, so we hope she will continue to help us for a long time. Thank you Natascha
