I have had my mother in this residence for quite some time and I cannot speak well of them since I cannot count the numerous mishaps that my mother has had a couple of months ago, a person who lives in a wheelchair fell and broke her hip. I do not understand it. Today they called us and told us that she had a cut on her leg and had to be taken to the hospital. A disaster, but worst of all, I spoke with the nurse at the residence and I had no idea what a certain Andrea had been through. What's more, she hung up on me. phone
The treatment received by the workers, both to our admitted family member and the communication with us, has been exemplary. At all times we felt very supported, specifically by Paula González, the center's social worker who helped us with everything we needed.
We are very dissatisfied with this residence, since my 95-year-old mother-in-law remains in it in an immobilized wheelchair, and in less than 2 months she has suffered two mishaps, first a broken hip of which we still cannot explain how the fall could have happened when she does not move, today we have also been notified that she has made a significant cut called a flap, this is what the nurse who was on duty tonight, named Andrea, told us, to whom we are going to complain about the treatment. disastrous thing that he has given us over the phone, and that he has also hung up on us twice, without any type of information, about what it was like, with whom and at what time, we are very upset and worried, and we are going to take action
We are very happy with the treatment received both by our family member and by us as the resident's family. The treatment of the employees has been exceptional, with real concern about the health status of our family member, being receptive to meeting their needs regardless of the time. The facilities are in perfect condition and the treatment is really familiar.
