For the loving care he received there. I visited him there several times and was able to experience for myself that the care there is very good. I have had my 89-year-old father at the Savia La Nucia residence for a year and a half and it has been a very good decision made by him for the family. The loving, respectful and understanding treatment by the staff that they give him and us is exquisite. I go almost every day to see him at different times and I always see the same thing.
I am a resident of Savia Residencias in La Nucía and I can say that I consider myself at home due to the exquisite treatment of all the staff, even with "difficult" residents. The cleanliness throughout the residence and the food also stand out, always keeping in mind that it is aimed at people with limitations. And although it is true that some things can be improved as in all facets of life, I really recommend it to those who need to be in a nursing home.
Let's go in parts. My mother-in-law spent a year in this residence. And the experience was disastrous. She lost 10 kilos, every time we went to see her she looked like Chewaka with her hair combed, they left her sitting watching TV and if I've seen you I don't remember. All the while saying that he wanted to get out of there and that he has Alzheimer's, I can go on with a long list but it would be a huge bullshit. Lack of personnel, those who are at the entrance lack a course of friendliness towards the public, oh, and don't contradict them because these people from this residence know more than you about everything related to diseases. Postscript: if you answer me about the residence saying blah blah blah, I'm going to ignore it because I'm not going to discuss with you.
An exceptional team! I understand it's very difficult to keep everyone happy; you have to take into account the large number of residents, all with different types of illnesses. But from my personal experience, I'm very grateful for the care my father received. I've seen firsthand, every day of the year, the loving care and special attention all the residents receive. It's not easy; you have to be professional and have a lot of dedication.
