It was certainly a before and after for my father. His daily smile when picking him up says it all. There is no way to thank the professional and personal work they do with the grandparents. My mother is happy to be getting up and going to the center with her classmates! She's improved a lot physically since she gained weight, which she was very thin in. When she's there, she cooperates and seems very happy with her activities. They really seem like very nice people, very polite to our elders! So, I can't ask for more. If my mother is happy and well, I'm happy too. Keep up the great work, it's very important for everyone! A big hug!
From July 2021 to January 2024, my mother attended this center. The treatment has been exceptional from day one; the entire staff has cared for her, loved her, and accepted the characteristics of her illness. It has been three years of peace of mind, knowing she was in good hands every hour she was there. Any questions, suggestions, or changes have always been discussed with them in a constructive and empathetic manner. I would like to highlight the professionalism and kindness of the director, Marisa. When a team is well managed, the good work of its members is multiplied, rather than just adding to it. Thank you for "embracing" us until the end.
