They sell you something that isn't there. More of a facade than anything else. Poor organization. Once you buy, they forget what they tell you. For the price, there are better nursing homes. On the positive side, the hospital is close by. If my mother were better, if the changes hadn't affected her so much, and if there was a place in a nearby hospital, she wouldn't be there anymore.

A terrible cook, Rosi and her helpful Monse, my grandfather is in that residence and eats terribly when there are two of them on top, I don't know how they leave the elders unattended.
