The new director of Rembertus is accessible and you can always contact him. Before she went from deputy director to director, I quickly appealed to her because of her spontaneity and enthusiasm. My mother is happy in Rembertus. It's a pity that the younger employees/students do not wear name tags. It varies often and I really have to compliment some of them. I remember some because of their regularity and because I secretly regret that I don't see them more often in the workplace. Despite their age, they are helpful and if they don't know, they ask. My mother is very enthusiastic about them. Really great! She has less chemistry with some older employees, but that is normal. Angelic from reception is also a very pleasant lady and always helps. Annelies is also great! Rachida is also a great help despite her crazy fuss sometimes (that makes it great) and I would like to mention some top employees whose names I know in closing: Sander, Svetlana, Marie, Kidist, Lamit, Sander, Sandra, Elodie (unfortunately no longer seen) & Gana, a spirited woman but very helpful.

The head nurse on the 1st floor inge is a super unfriendly person on the phone when she answers your nose is almost bitten off. If you ask something it is never followed up. That person works against her will.
Great recent wzc open homely carracter. Great activities, nice service flats. But first of all, something really goes wrong with the communication between healthcare professionals! Lately they forget bibs at lunch and give dessert when people have not yet finished their main meal. This is not done, my grandmother complains about the food. PS I also worked in healthcare L.

Positive: lots of light, modern, new, Negative: no well-landscaped garden, no benches in the garden, too small terrace, no parasols. Something should be done about this urgently.
