This place has become a real dictatorship since the arrival of De Corte on February 1, 2023. Everything is "forbidden", no one is listened to (no time), the staff insults the residents with the agreement of the director and her assistant, daughter of the grand director. It's a disaster. The management lies and the staff too, we cannot trust them, and the 3 poor little dogs are chased by residents who hate animals and who manipulate the management, weak and false and a liar as hell. It has become hell but the residents dare not say anything because otherwise they are threatened with being even worse served. Only cowards are cajoled. This has become what the Parc d’Italie has become!

My parents spent more than 20 years in this residence to their great satisfaction. If the last two years were painful, we can only congratulate ourselves today since the takeover by the Cristal Résidences group. Their management, namely Ms. De Corte and Mr. Napoléon, demonstrate creativity and excellent management. All the residents say it and everyone is smiling again. In short: a residence to recommend. In February 2023, the management of the “Parc d’Italie” residence was entrusted to a new partner “Cristal Résidences”. Since then, things have changed significantly for the better. Therefore, the negative opinions given before February 2023 have become obsolete. Since then, resident satisfaction (services, cuisine, staff, etc.) has improved week after week. The “Parc d’Italie” residence becomes again what it was: an “excellent selection” in Serviced Residences.
Super residence which has been running smoothly since the arrival of the new young and dynamic team at the start of 2023. Private apartments with services and quality catering at reasonable prices (€14 for a hot meal at lunchtime). Top location
Management of the residence was withdrawn from the Armonéa Group following an incompatibility of vision regarding the services to be offered by a "Service residence". Since the beginning of February 2023, this has been entrusted to the Cristal Résidence group, a private company experienced in the management of residences while respecting the same service concepts of "Residence service" while aiming for resident satisfaction through personalized service and the impeccable quality of its services.
