The staff at French Manor is both professional and very caring. They knew how our dad was doing every day that he was there and responded appropriately. Very nice facility, too. Highly recommended.

With our full endorsement, we believe that French Manor Terra is a wonderful option for an Assisted Living arrangement. The management (Brandon Ackerman) has assembled a first-class team and is a true advocate for the residents. The staff members are all very professional, attentive, and compassionate caregivers. They are very responsive to individual resident needs. The facility is modern, very clean, and well maintained. The resident rooms can accommodate a range of needs and provide amenities that offer options for specific furniture arrangements. A common area also provides a space for residents and their visitors to spend time together in a casual comfortable setting. They offer wide variety of activities and events that are available on a regular basis for residents to enjoy. Family members are often encouraged to participate as well. We looked at many Assisted Living options in the area and we consider French Manor Terra to be the best. A++.
Please ask to see the menu. French toast for dinner, hot dogs twice in one week, ham roll ups for main course, banquet frozen pot pies. The care was excellent and can verify that I stayed overnight and days at this care center. Every day I went and bought my mom fresh food. I complained to the owner and was told she decides what will be served and she was serving food that meets state standards.
I've done flooring for the people who own these assisted living homes and honestly if the staff are really nice. The people in these places seem happy and I realized that if I ever was looking for a place that could help out with a loved one I would talk to these people. Only because I have seen the kindness and caring staff first hand for quite a few long periods of time. The staff don't seem to look at their positions like just a job. They really do seem to care. The living spaces are really clean and nice also. As much privacy and freedom as allowed for each situation.
