I am a volunteer and sit and talk with residents at this assisted living location 2 days/week. I felt compelled when I saw the care and love of the staff and residence to write a quick review. The facility is immaculate and well maintained. The residence can participate in so many activities. Outside entertainment Is impressive and frequent. The staff are patient and kind and truly care. I plan on continuing to volunteer as I love it there. I would not hesitate to have a family member live there. Thank you Sandra
I had the pleasure of spending a day this week at Orchard Grove working with the Resident Engagement Director, Mary Beth. My experience was nothing short of exceptional. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a strong sense of community that really stood out. The residents were my engaged during my entire visit, with plenty of activities that promoted vitality and connection. The management team was accessible and welcoming, and it was evident that they pride themselves on making sure that both residents and their families feel at home. The receptionist, Paula, greeted me with a friendly smile, setting the tone for my daylong visit. Overall, Orchard Grove demonstrated that they are a community where associates strive so their residents thrive.
AMAZING!!! Our experiences with Orchard Grove have been absolutely WONDERFUL. The care and attention our mom receives every day and night, along with excellent protocols that allow for tailored adaptation, have helped her progress from a wheelchair to a walker and a corresponding level of independence in her own apartment. Everyone - EVERYONE - we’ve met within the Orchard Grove family has a friendly smile, a welcoming word, a helping hand, a solution to any issue, and they all exude a most positive attitude. Our mom is remarkably happy living in this community! For a notorious hard-to-please woman, it feels like a miracle that we’ve been blessed with finding such a wonderful new home for her.
