I am heartbroken and disgusted by the treatment my mother received during her short 7-month stay at this facility, which ended in her untimely death. On her very first night, I stopped by unexpectedly and found her on the floor in a pitch-black room with the door closed. That alone should have been a red flag. Over time, she was unnecessarily sent to the hospital via ambulance, subjected to distressing tests, and received inadequate care between hospital visits. My mother suffered a series of falls leading up to her death, and I am still waiting for an explanation of what transpired. It’s clear this facility is severely understaffed and cares more about the bottom line than the well-being of its residents. Management changed unexpectedly during her stay, and everything seemed to suffer as a result—from the quality of care to housekeeping to the food provided. The only communication I’ve received since her passing is two cold, copy-paste emails of their contract demanding final rent payment. While some nurses and staff were kind, their efforts were completely overshadowed by the others who were verbally abusive to residents with dementia. This mix of care is unacceptable. My mother deserved compassion and competent care, not neglect and mistreatment. I strongly urge others to think twice before entrusting their loved ones to this place.

The Residence at Five corners is an absolutely amazing senior living facility. I have spent time working in multiple assisted living facilities and this one is by far my favorite. The staff is extremely dedicated to the care of the residents that live there. The nursing staff and care staff go above and beyond for the residents. There is always fun engagement activities in both the memory care and traditional sides of the community. The associates are well trained in working with seniors with an array of medical conditions and have amazing care plans in place to help their residents age in place. I always recommend people check out this community when looking for an assisted living for their loved ones.
I am consistently impressed with the exceptional care and dedication provided at Five Corners. The 5C team goes above and beyond to ensure the well-being and happiness of all residents. The community is always clean, welcoming, and vibrant. The team truly treats everyone like family, and it's clear that they genuinely care about each resident's needs and preferences. I highly recommend Five Corners to anyone looking for a warm, supportive, and high-quality environment for their loved ones whether it’s community living or joining our team of associates.
Residence at 5 Corners has my heart and devotion. The love and compassion from our associates and our residents is palpable, as soon as you enter the lobby. I've been told this countless times by prospects, vendors, existing families, residents and associates. I never feel like I'm headed to work in the morning, rather going to see my second family.
It is a great place with a lot of opportunities to keep entertained/active. Its also conveniently located next to restaurants, banks, a post office, a supermarket, an urgent care and a dentist office all within a short drive or even a short walk
