The staff is friendly and very helpful and the residents always appear happy & content, which indicates to me they’re receiving excellent care & service. My business, CODA has done work with this industry for almost 30 years, and I’ve seen good & bad care through the years, but this property I’d assess five stars.

My wife recently moved into Assisted Living at York Gardens and we both have been pleased with the attentiveness of the aides as well the responsiveness of the management.
York Gardens is a well kept, smaller, senior living residence which works well for my elderly mother and her needs. It provides a safe, quiet place, with a caring and responsive staff. The decision about which senior residence will work best for an individual is a personal one based on many factors, but we have been very satisfied overall with both the apartment and the care received at York Gardens.
The staff in memory care are amazing. They create a safe, loving environment. Their daily acts of kindness and caring are so important and so very appreciated. I know it’s not easy work and it can feel discouraging when it seems as if your work is forgotten. I feel sad too after spending an afternoon visiting and laughing with my mom and the next day she doesn’t remember I was there. Yet, she knows in the moment and I know it matters. My mom often says to me - “They really like me here!” Even seemingly small things that are not easily measured are so important such as when a staff member gives a smile and makes sure my mom feels welcome and wanted at meals. Those things make her feel special. Thank you Georgina and Robert and all of the very special people that make such a big difference in my moms life!!
York Gardens is such a beautiful, welcoming community. I love the convenient location near shopping and outdoor walking spaces and parks. Whenever I visit, I am greeted by warm, helpful staff. The community is lovingly cared for with an impressive offering of activities. If you are looking for a quality community for your loved one, be sure to take a look at York Gardens. I think you'll be as impressed as I am!
