I did an efficient job of getting us in and out for the senior vouchers. They have plenty of people processing us the only thing that could have done better was too welcoming people so that the processor would not be waiting for people. Unfortunately the state what is 5 days late shipping the vouchers to this location.

Five attempts to get these people to investigate a situation of two seniors living in a home with failed septic system rendered unusable, plus home is unsafe to live in due to unfinished construction, construction stopped by Borough and D.E.P due to nothing being built to code and zoning guidelines! Pennsylvania law! no one can live inn/reside in a home with non-function of sewer services or non- functioning septic systems. Has York county area Agency-aging responded any attempt's five to be exact! NO! TIME TO HAVE Government agencies of our new Federal Administration level to investigate. Bob.
Very helpful people. August 2024. Not anymore with me wanting to change my Medicare Advantage Plan. After several attempts, I Finally got a call, and they hung up on me because they didn't believe me over Atena ripping me off!
Left message and no call back a few weeks ago. Just spoke with receptionist who transferred me to a person who didn’t pick up and again asked me to leave message. The recording also gave a number to call to speak with supervisor. I called and the same receptionist answered I explained the problem I had in the past and asked to speak with a supervisor she told me I had to leave a message first do there would be a record of my call. I asked the receptionist her name and she said she didn’t have one I then asked for her to transfer Me to the commissioners office and she said she didn’t have that number
I went to the Veterans Affairs office. Very friendly.
