I have found both the Administrative Staff and the Dementia Unit Staff to be the most helpful and supportive of any place my Mom has ever been! Jessica (in the business office) was crucial in helping me to complete the convoluted Social Services process, and to educate me about adjusting Mom’s Medicare Health Insurance accordingly so it would best serve Mom’s needs. The facility is clean, the staff are very professional and friendly, and any of my family’s concerns about Mom’s room or her care needs are addressed promptly and with a helpful attitude. Mom is thriving at Yanceyville Rehab and Health Care Center, and we are very pleased (and relieved) with her care and placement! I would recommend this small place with a big heart to anyone!

As soon as we admitted my Dad to the facility it felt like family, he’s in mid stage Dementia but he feels the love from everyone! The nursing staff is kind and compassionate they keep my Dad smiling and his care is wonderful . The office staff has been so helpful and has the answers to anything we need , there kindness with this new journey in our life has made things easier! Jessica is and angel !
I've been with this company for over 2 years and must say it has been like my home away from home. The staff are incredible, the management is super supportive, the residents are a good time. We are constantly learning and adapting to the needs of the facility as a whole. Yanceyville Rehab is the place to be.
My grandpa was there before he died. The staff took wonderful care of him for the almost 5 years he was there. Dementia is hard and the staff really cared for him in his time of need. I appreciate everything that was done for him and our family.
So often people do not understand what it takes to welcome your family members into their new home. It starts with the smiling faces that greet you at the door, the team leaders of nursing staff that communicate and genuinely work with our nurses and CNA's to form a bond with residents. Effectively other departments join in,equally as important, such as Leah Cothran, our new Activities Director, full of enthusiasm and new ideas. And as always many deserved thank you's to the Housekeeping and Maintenance departments! Team work makes the dream work!!
